In a world that's moving and changing rapidly and filled with so much stress and uncertainty, presence has become more important than ever before.
People from all walks of life understand more now than ever that slowing down in the middle of chaos, confusion, or conflict is a critical skill for us to learn.
What I've discovered is that when we learn to slow down and move and live at the speed of presence, we tap into an energy technology that we are born with that helps us to navigate life and work and family in ways that are filled with the appreciation, self-acceptance and love that we all crave as human beings.
Ancient wisdom, cutting-edge leadership practices and organizations globally are all tapping into mindfulness, mindset, coaching and soft-skill development to help people address what seem like insurmountable problems in our world.
All of these approaches (and many others) point to one universal truth: The solutions to the problems we're experiencing at home, in our lives and workplaces will only be found as we slow down and listen to each other and within ourselves in a new way.

Transformational Presence Coaching and Leadership helped me to find words, tools and simple practices that gave me something tangible to work with inside of myself, within my family and in my work as an executive leader, coach and business owner.
I had already been coaching within these different roles, but I found it difficult at times to pass on skills and tools that helped people apply their awareness and insights to everyday life.
As I incorporated all that I learned and knew through the tools of Transformational Presence, I realized that the times that I was most effective as a business leader, project manager, manager, coach, dad and human being were the times that I slowed down and moved at my speed of presence.
I noticed that when I slowed down and learned to listen and interpret what I heard, I discovered brand new practical solutions that I could apply to any problem that just moments ago seemed impossible. I learned how to apply my transformational presence, and I also learned how to guide others into their transformational presence.
These became some of the most joyful moments I've ever experienced because healing, wholeness, connection and deeper relationship begin to happen naturally and effortlessly for the people I worked with in this way and me.
I had been missing a simple language to translate the energy and essence of what I was hearing within myself and the roles that I was playing.
I immersed myself in Transformational Presence work to learn how to translate the energy underneath the practical challenges that coaches, business owners, managers and families were experiencing into real and lasting changes.
After this, I developed training programs for coaches, business owners, teams, managers, and families to learn how to coach themselves and each other using tools that work with energy and Transformational Presence.
What is Transformational Presence?
Alan Seale, Founder & Director of the Center for Transformational Presence
In April of 2016, I met Alan in Banff, Alberta, Canada to complete his Transformational Presence Leadership and Coach Training course.
This meeting began a three-year journey for Alan and me. We worked, created, and travelled together and I learned Transformational Presence firsthand from Alan as one of the people that he mentored and taught.
Author, speaker, and mentor to leaders and coaches around the world, Alan Seale is the founder and director of the Center for Transformational Presence. He is the creator of the Transformational Presence Leadership and Coach Training program which now has graduates from more than 35 countries.
Alan enjoyed an extensive career as a professional singer and voice teacher in New York City. He appeared in concert throughout the United States and Europe, and as a soloist with the New York Philharmonic, New York City Opera National Company, the Spoleto Festival (Italy and USA), and the Baltimore Chamber Orchestra. His voice students included Austrian dramatic soprano Brigitte Pinter, American coloratura soprano Cyndia Sieden, and Broadway stars Marc Kudisch and Graham Rowat.
Alan is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation, a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute, Organizational Relationship and Systems Coaching at the Center for Right Relationship, The Evolutionary Institute, and The New Seminary in New York City. He holds a Master of Music degree in Voice from Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music Education from Transylvania University in Lexington, KY. He currently makes his home just outside Newburyport, Massachusetts, USA.
